Today we attended Tims squadron (HS14) children's Christmas Party. Santa Clause (aka John "Tookie" White, a fellow JO in the squadron) flew in on a helo! He was such a good sport taking pictures and handing out presents. We love our Tookie Clause! Some of us wives had gotten together earlier this week and decorated the squadron hanger for the party and for the guys coming back from cruise. Our little Despina is quite the flirt....We saw some of our friends that have already flown off the boat and she could not stop smiling at them! We'd better watch out when she becomes a teenager...hahaha! It was also another wonderful day spent hanging out with two of my good friends Theresa and Racquel (and ofcourse her daughter Tia).

didn't know that flirting was genetic! ;) learn something everyday here in japan--don't we! glad tim is home safe and sound! thinking of you and your family during the xmas season, that is SO not christmas-y in japan! o well, sending you minnesota hugs and squeezes! ~anne
